Needless to say, oxygen supply is the need of the hour. Many articles read on how social media could be used as a tool to bridge the gap between the supply and demand ignited my mind.I, with my CoviO2 welfare establishment standby for those in dire need of oxygen supply.Lead under the supervision of a GMC doctor, we aim to dedicate extensive hours of voluntary service to make a large impact in our Namaste mission to help communities build their resilience and overcome the Covid-19 crisis together for the year 2021-2022.Our ‘Mission Namaste’ has started in metropolitan cities like- Delhi,Kolkata, Chennai and Mumbai. However, on a special request we also have catered to cities like Vizag, Pune and Bhopal at the same time. Voice of hope:

"Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in the soul - and sings the tunes without the words - and never stops at all. It is the thing that drives us and keeps us going. "Giving people hope was the reason this organization was formed by our founder - Sania.

When I first joined I did not know what I was getting myself into, I was nervous. The founder along with all the other core members inspired me to be confident and work hard for a good cause. When I think about the journey so far, it has been nothing but a blessing. I was talking and working with people from different walks of life and from all over the country. Every step has taught me something valuable and I have met some really wonderful people. I am from Mumbai and my volunteers are also from different parts of the country but we are working for Kolkata because we feel a sense of belonging there being a part of this this nation. There have been many ups and downs but I have always had support of my team and the core members and leaders of other respective cities. I have taken a few orientations for all the volunteers. First there was not enough response but it's increasing and more people have been joining. We have split workdays between volunteers and they are supposed to provide hospitals and people in need details of authentic suppliers to save them the hassle of finding supplies themselves and save time .I even got a chance to meet Dave, who is from Nigeria and helping us out. I truly believe we students can make a change if we work hard and give people hope in these tough and desperate times.

Thank you.
